Resepi Ringkas Spageti Bolognese


Resepi Ringkas Spageti Bolognese
Bahan-bahan:
- Mi spageti
- Daging atau ayam cincang
- Sos bolognese Kimball atau Prego
- Sosej
- Garam 
- Bawang merah (cincang halus)
- Bawang putih (cincang halus)
- Cili padi (optional)

Cara-caranya:
1/ Rebus mi spageti. Letakkan sedikit minyak dan garam. Rebus sehingga mi lembut. Kemudian toskan.
2/ Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili padi. Cili padi ni optional ye.
3/ Masukkan daging cincang. Juju tukar daging dengan ayam. Tumis sampai daging tu masak.
4/ Masukkan sosej.
5/ Masukkan sos spageti kimball. Tambah sedikit air dan garam secukup rasa.
6/ Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Disebabkan suami dan Firash tak suka makan pedas, jadi Juju potong cili padi dan taburkan diatas kuah. Tekak melayu sangat tau. Hehe.
