Kambing Golek Frozen Johor Bahru
Hai korang, Assalamualaikum.

Korang tau tak Juju ni memang suka sangat makan kambing golek atau pun kambing bakar. Kalau yang jenis masak gulai tu Juju tak berapa suka. Bukan tak suka langsung tau. Tapi kalau diberi pilihan, Juju suka yang di bakar atau panggang atau grill. Rasa dia lebih enak dan sedap.

Dan baru-baru ni, Juju diberi kesempatan untuk mencuba sendiri kambing golek yang telah siap di bekukan keluaran dari Kambing Golek Johor. Wow! Lama sangat tak makan kambing golek nih.

Apa yang menariknya, dalam setiap bekas kambing golek ni, dia datang sekali dengan sos blackpepper. Dah tak perlu nak buat kuah untuk curah diatas kambing tu nanti. Cuma panaskan dan boleh terus dimakan.

Cara memasak pula terpulang pada korang. nak guna air fryer ke, nak guna oven ke apa ke tak kisah. Macam Juju, Juju cuma guna non-stick pan je. Macam tak puas pula tengok dia masak dalam oven tu nanti. Baik masak atas pan ni. Boleh pantau. Hehe.


Rasa dia dah tentulah sedap. Aduh. terbayang-bayang pula kesedapan kambing ni. Tak ada rasa hamis langsung tau. Kalau ada pun rasa dia hujung-hujung je. Tak menjejaskan rasa keseluruhan pun. Yang penting sedap sampai tak sempat tengok dua kali dah habis.

Hidangan istimewa yang amat menyelerakan ini dipanggang 100% menggunakan arang kayu berkualiti dan akan di masak di tempat majlis anda berlangsung. Kemudian, ianya akan dipotong secara professional di dihidangkan berbuffet kepada para tetamu.

Perapan kambing sehari sebelum majlis kami buat dengan resipi istimewa ini akan menghilangkan bau hamis kambing dan ianya amat sedap dan menyelerakan dihidangkan kepada para tetamu untuk apa jua majlis.

Kambing yang kami gunakan juga adalah dari kambing yang berkualiti diimport dari New Zealand, Australia dan juga di ladang ternakan tempatan. Kami menjaga kualiti hasil masakan tersebut agar ianya dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada para pelanggan.

Kawasan yang kami akan hidangkan adalah di sekitar Johor Bahru, Skudai, Kempas, Tampoi, Kulaijaya, Larkin, Pasir Gudang, Permas, Tiram dan Kota Tinggi. Namun kami juga boleh ke mana-mana lokasi. Ianya tertakluk kepada jarak dari pusat kami di johor bahru. Sekiranya terlalu jauh, caj tambahan akan dikenakan."

Play Your Role, Be a Safe Driver
Hai semua, 

Sekarang ni rata-rata rakyat Malaysia mempunyai sebiji kereta. Kalau dulu, orang yang mempunyai
kereta ni hanya untuk bermegah-megah. Tapi sekarang ni perkataan bermegah dengan kereta tu
sudah semakin tenggelam ditelan arus pemodenan. Memiliki kereta merupakan satu keperluan.




Sebab apa Juju berani kata kereta merupakan satu keperluan? Sebabnya situasi ni terjadi dekat diri Juju sendiri. Sepanjang bekerja di Kuala Lumpur dulu memang Juju tak berani langsung nak drive di tengah-tengah bandar. Rasa menggigil kepala lutut ni ha. Tapi disebabkan tempat kerja Juju jauh daripada pengangkutan awam, jadi Juju beranikan diri untuk memandu di bandaraya Kuala Lumpur.

Hasilnya, sekarang ni kalau Juju memandu seorang pun InsyaAllah Juju tak sesat. Sampaikan abah Juju pun puji. Dia kata ‘Tak sia-sia abah bagi kau kereta untuk hidup dekat KL ni.’ Fuh! Kembang jap hidung.

Tapi, isunya sekarang adakah kita sedar kita ini pemandu yang selamat? Mesti ramai yang kata macam ni ‘Ala dulu peraturan sekolah pun aku langgar, apatah lagi peraturan jalanraya.’ Peh, bongkak sungguh anda. Juju harap tiada pembaca blog Juju yang berpendirian macam ni ya.

So harini suka Juju nak ingatkan, kita sebagai pengguna jalanraya wajib mematuhi undang-undang jalanraya. Antara undang-undang yang wajib kita patuhi adalah:
  • Sentiasa ikut had laju yang ditetapkan
  • Tidak menggunakan telefon bimbit semasa memandu
  • Patuhi papan tanda keselamatan jalan raya
  • Berikan isyarat dan dan patuhi semua peraturan keselamatan semasa menukar lorong
  • Elakkan daripada mengekori kenderaan lain dengan terlalu rapat
  • Jangan memotong barisan atau menyalahgunakan lorong kecemasan

Semoga kita semua sentiasa dalam perlindungan dari-Nya semasa memandu. Juju takut betul kalau tiba-tiba terjadi kemalangan. Risau pasal insurans. Cover ke tak cover kerosakan kereta Juju ni nanti.

BENEFITS OF MOTOR INSURANCE/TAKAFUL LIBERALISATION FOR CONSUMERS
Motor insurance/takaful is a compulsory cover by law which vehicle owners are required to purchase to renew their road tax. However, motor insurance/takaful is not solely to allow you to renew your vehicle road tax but also provides you compensation in the event you meet with an accident and also pays for claims submitted by a third party against you in the event you cause bodily injury or property damage to this third party.

Motor insurance/takaful is currently under a tariff which sets premiums/takaful contributions that insurance companies and takaful operators can charge.  The motor tariff is regulated and supervised by Bank Negara Malaysia, the regulator of the insurance and takaful industry.

With the phased liberalisation of the motor tariff on 1 July 2017, insurance companies and takaful operators will be given some freedom to price the premiums/takaful contributions. This phased liberalisation will begin for Comprehensive and Third Party Fire and Theft classes. Premiums/takaful contributions to be charged for these classes will be based on the risk profiles of the vehicle owners or the vehicle itself. This will result in an open market with competitive pricing. Consumers will have the freedom to shop around for the best prices based on their individual insurance/takaful needs.

On this point, it should be noted that cheaper premiums/takaful contributions does not mean the best solutions. Consumers must compare the coverage they are given to ensure their risks are fully covered or insured/covered. Thus, consumers will be empowered to make their own choices and have the power to decide on what they want and need. Insurance companies and takaful operators will also be allowed to offer additional products attached to the Motor policies/takaful certificates for consumers to pick and choose what they want from the array of new products.

If you are a careful driver, under the tariffed environment, you may have been paying a premium/takaful contribution which is higher than your risk profile. Under the liberalised environment, if your risk profile is good, you will be able to enjoy lower premiums/takaful contributions. While this is subject to the assessment of your insurance company and takaful operator, fairer pricing will benefit consumers.

Senang kata, insurans kereta memang wajib diambil. Kita tak tahu apa yang akan terjadi semasa kita memandu. Kadang-kadang kita ni dah memandu ikut kelajuan yang ditetapkan, tiba-tiba ada pula pemandu yang memandu secara berbahaya. Tak pasal-pasal kita pun terjebak sekali.

San Francisco Coffee Kini di Johor Bahru
Hai korang,
Harini Juju nak share dengan korang pembukaan satu kedai kopi terbaru di Johor Bahru. Orang di Seremban atau Kuala Lumpur mesti dah familiar dengan San Francisco Coffee ni kan.

Cawangan pertama di Johor Bahru telah di buka di Capital City Mall, Johor Bahru. Juju berpeluang untuk turut serta semasa sesi berkongsi atau bual bicara bersama Dato Jaya JB Tan (Pengerusi Envictus International, Dato Kamal YP Tan (Pegawai Eksekutif Ketua Kumpulan Envictus International), Ms Koo Sue San (General Manager of SF Coffee) dan encik Nik Azwaa Azmi (Head of Marketing).

Juju sempat jugalah merasa dua jenis air yang dijual disini. Iaitu Ultimate Latte dan Mo' Mocha. Dua-dua ice blended. Hadoi. Bila nak puasa ais ni? Eh, sesekali cheat day tak pe kan. Hehe.

Selain kopi, pasta dan kek juga ada dijual di sini. So, memang sesuai sangat untuk bincang projek besar-besar atau bincang masa depan dekat sini. Muehehehe. Dulu Juju suka lepak tempat macam ni sambil update blog. Maklumlah, masa tu belum ada lagi wifi sendiri.

Ginvera World Spa Lavender Shower Scrub

Siapa suka mandi guna skrub? Skrub tu maksudnya biji-biji halus macam pasir yang ada dalam sabun mandi. Juju suka sangat guna sabun yang ada skrub ni sebab senang nak sental semua daki-daki yang ada dekat badan. Tapi skrub ni korang tak boleh nak guna selalu sebab dia akan menipiskan kulit. Jadi kalau guna seminggu dua kali tu dah okey sangat dah.


Baru-baru ni Juju ada jumpa satu shower scrub yang korang boleh guna hari-hari. Yup, yang boleh guna hari-hari. Shower scrub jenama GINVERA. Macam dah lama betul tak dengar pasal jenama GINVERA ni kan. Dulu masa kecik-kecik memang popular sangat jenama GINVERA ni. Cuma sekarang je macam suam-suam sikit.

Bila Juju jumpa je shower skrub ni dekat kedai, Juju terus rasa nak cuba. Kebetulan memang shower scrub dah habis dekat rumah.


Korangv tau tak shower skrub ni ada manik-manik mikro yang selamat untuk korang gunakan setiap hari. Jadi memang takda masalah kulit kering ye. Malah kulit akan lebih lembut dan lembab.

Bau dia pun wangi sangat. Tenang sungguh lepas guna sabun ni. Rasa nak mandi lama-lama. Hehe. Korang boleh dapatkan shower scrub ni di kedai-kedai berhampiran atau pun di drugstore.
