THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS: LEGO® FERRARI BUILD & RACE FLAGS OFF AT LEGOLAND® MALAYSIA RESORT THIS NOVEMBER

Start your engines, everyone — because this November, LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort is about to make history! The LEGO® Ferrari Build & Race attraction, the very first of its kind in Asia, is officially crossing the finish line right here in Johor. Imagine the thrill of Ferrari’s speed meeting the endless creativity of LEGO — it’s every motorsport and LEGO fan’s dream come true.

📍 Location: IMAGINATION Zone
Here, guests of all ages can design, build, and race their own Ferrari-inspired LEGO creations. It’s hands-on, colourful, and packed with adrenaline — from crafting your dream car brick by brick to testing it on thrilling tracks that mimic real-world racing challenges.

And if you’re one of LEGOLAND’s Annual Pass Members, you’re in luck — you’ll get exclusive early access on October 31, one day before the grand opening on November 1, 2025. Talk about a head start!

🏎️ Asia’s First, Malaysia’s Pride

The LEGO Ferrari Build & Race attraction brings Ferrari’s legendary innovation to life through three interactive zones — each one built to fuel creativity and competition:

  • Ferrari Garage — Step inside the world of Ferrari and explore fascinating facts, memorabilia, and a jaw-dropping showpiece: the world’s first life-sized LEGO® Ferrari F50. Built with 421,652 LEGO bricks, it weighs a massive 1.6 tonnes and took 1,306 hours to complete. Absolute art in motion.
  • Build Zone — Time to unleash your inner engineer. Design and assemble your own LEGO Ferrari race car from scratch.
  • Test Zone — Take your creation to the track and put it through three challenges — Speed, Steering, and Tune tests — to see how it performs.
  • Virtual Race Zone — Scan your car and race it digitally on Ferrari’s iconic Pista di Fiorano track in Italy. Customise, compete, and grab that top spot on the virtual podium!
  • DUPLO® Build Area — Little ones aren’t left out — there’s a special area just for them, filled with DUPLO bricks for safe, creative fun.

🏁 Perfect Timing for the Holidays

The launch couldn’t have come at a better time. With Malaysia’s year-end holidays just around the corner — and Visit Johor Year & Visit Malaysia Year 2026 coming up — this new attraction is set to be a major highlight for families, LEGO fans, and Ferrari enthusiasts across the region.

“We’re thrilled to bring the LEGO Ferrari Build & Race attraction to Malaysia — the first in Asia,” said Cs Lim, Vice President of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. “It combines Ferrari’s racing heritage with LEGO’s boundless creativity, offering something for everyone — from lifelong Ferrari fans to families looking for hands-on fun.”

This milestone also follows an exciting year of growth for LEGOLAND Malaysia, after introducing MINILAND Singapore and the world’s first LEGO Flower Garden MINILAND — solidifying its spot as Southeast Asia’s ultimate family destination.
